Sedona

October 1, 2015 We made it to Sedona last night! We are staying at a little oasis in the middle of the desert, LoLoMai campground. It is a beautiful place with lots of trees, a pool, a stream, a pond and skunks and racoons that they feed every night. It’s a bit of a shock when you see them all together and have no idea they have adapted to people watching them. We met up with our fellow wanderers and best friends. We went for a hike at Bell Rock. Santa Fe: Food, Art Galleries, Museums & Margaritas!

September 26-27, 2015 We are staying at an RV park right in the city, which makes it really easy to enjoy the sights. Last night we went for dinner at Tomasita’s. The food was good, looks like it’s a local favorite. If you make it to Santa Fe, do yourself a favor and go to Counter Culture for breakfast or brunch. Great concept, order your food at the counter, and they deliver it to you. Cinnamon buns is all I have to say! They are huge and delicious, you can even get french toast made from them. We did, and it...

Long Day of Driving but worth It!

September 26, 2015 We did it! After much discussion and a lot of planning, we are on the road. First stop Santa Fe! We broke our first rule, of not driving more than 5 hours in a day, on day one. So much for rules. I have to say, I think we should stick to that rule, it was a hard day, and everyone was tired. So back to not driving more than 5 hours in a day, lesson...

Finally, it is here!!!

September 26, 2015 As some of you know we have been planning this trip for over year now and we are finally ready to embark on an adventure of a lifetime. We were originally planning on heading to Salt Lake City and then over to Lake Tahoe for a week but due to the fires in northern California we have changed our route. Our first stop tomorrow will be Santa Fe New Mexico where we will spend a couple days and then off to Sedona to meet our close friends Adela, Case, Rena, Ella and Cruz. We are so...
