Palm Springs RV Resort

California!! It’s HOT! The first few days we were in Palm Springs it was close to 100°. We didn’t spend much time outside during the day unless we were in the pool. What can I say about Palm Springs? It was a good time to stop for a bit and regroup after going through places so quickly. We did get to spend a few days in Joshua Tree. What a cool place, it’s like being on another planet. The first day we drove through part of the park, and then we went to a Watch the Night Skies lecture. It was a little hard for the kids to sit through, but we did get to look through some high powered telescopes. We saw the Andromeda galaxy and a very clear close up of the moon, the kids were impressed with that. The next day we spent the whole day and had time to explore and take a hike. The kids liked Skull Rock the best, of course, they did. They also got their Jr. Ranger badges, they are starting a collection. If you have kids and are going to a National Park, the ranger programs are great. Liam and Quinn are learning so much from them.
